Nanjing Aisite Optics: Comprehensive Lens Solutions Covering Multi-Field Optical Needs

2024-05-08

In the field of optical manufacturing, the structural design and parameter accuracy of lenses directly affect the overall performance of optical systems. Nanjing Aisite Optics has built a product system covering six classic lens structures through refined control of processing parameters, providing adaptable optical solutions for various industries.

The company's lens products include six core structures: special-shaped lenses, plano-convex lenses, plano-concave lenses, biconvex lenses, biconcave lenses, and meniscus lenses:

- Plano-convex lenses, featuring a single convex surface, excel at converging parallel light and are widely used in laser focusing and light source systems of projection equipment.

- Plano-concave lenses, combining a flat surface with a concave surface to diverge light beams, often serve as correction components in imaging systems.

- Biconvex lenses, with their double-curved design enabling symmetric convergence, are suitable for high-precision imaging devices such as microscopes and telescopes.

- Biconcave lenses, characterized by double-curved divergence, are used for distortion correction in wide-angle lenses.

- Meniscus lenses (concavo-convex lenses), leveraging their unique curvature combination, reduce spherical aberration while converging light beams, making them core components of high-end digital camera lenses.

- Special-shaped lenses, tailored to non-standard optical system requirements, can be custom-processed with complex curved surfaces to meet the integration needs of special equipment such as lidar and high-end sensors.

In terms of size coverage, Aisite Optics achieves mass production capability for diameters ranging from 1mm to 500mm: micro-lenses as small as 1mm meet the precision assembly needs of medical endoscopes and micro-sensors; large-size lenses up to 500mm are suitable for heavy optical systems such as astronomical telescopes and large projection equipment. Meanwhile, through material science and process optimization, the products cover the full spectral range from ultraviolet (UV) and visible light to infrared (IR). UV lenses use quartz materials to ensure radiation resistance, while infrared lenses adopt special materials such as germanium and silicon to achieve high transmittance, meeting spectral application requirements in different scenarios.

In specific application scenarios, the products have been widely used in multiple fields: in projection equipment, the combination of high-transmittance biconvex lenses and distortion-correcting meniscus lenses improves image clarity and brightness uniformity; imaging devices and digital cameras rely on the cooperation of plano-convex and biconvex lenses to achieve high-resolution imaging; automotive systems have strict requirements for lens temperature resistance and impact resistance, and Aisite ensures the imaging stability of driving recorders and vehicle cameras in complex environments through stable-parameter plano-concave lenses and special-shaped lenses; the laser and optical instrument field focuses more on high precision and low loss of lenses, and its ultra-precision lenses (e.g., radius of curvature tolerance ±0.01%) can effectively reduce energy loss during laser transmission and improve instrument measurement accuracy.

Behind these application advantages lies a systematic parameter control system: in terms of geometric parameters, ultra-precision products have diameter tolerance controlled within 0/-0.01mm and center thickness tolerance within ±0.01mm to ensure assembly accuracy; in optical performance, focal length error ≤0.1% and dispersion coefficient ≤0.5% guarantee the stability of imaging and beam control; surface quality, with roughness controlled at 5Å RMS (cutting-edge grade), reduces light scattering loss. Currently, this system has been verified by over 100 institutions including Huawei and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, serving as an important guarantee for the reliability of domestic precision optical components.
