Lens performance is closely related to precision control in each stage of the manufacturing process. Nanjing Aisite Optics achieves effective improvement in optical performance through full-process工艺 optimization:

 

1. Precision Control in Both Grinding and Polishing Stages

- Grinding Stage: Using pressure-time-abrasive granularity dynamic control technology, surface roughness is controlled at 20Å RMS (approximately 2 nanometers), providing a basis for subsequent processing;

- Polishing Stage: A digital feedback system is applied, enabling transmittance to reach 99.5% and scattering loss to be reduced by 40%.

 

2. Real-Time Monitoring of Full-Process Parameters

Equipped with laser interferometers, spectrometers and other equipment, real-time monitoring of key parameters such as lens diameter (tolerance 0/-0.01mm), center thickness (±0.01mm), and radius of curvature (±0.01%) is conducted throughout the entire cycle.

 

3. Strict Control of Surface Defects

Products are manufactured in an ultra-clean environment, with scratch/dig indicators exceeding Grade A of the U.S. military standard MIL-PRF-13830B. Currently, the company's products are used in high-precision fields such as aerospace remote sensing and lithography machines, with a defect rate below 0.1%.
