Optical Material Cutting

In accordance with design parameters, high-precision laser cutting equipment is used to accurately cut optical materials (such as glass and crystals), ensuring the flatness error of the cutting surface is ≤0.01mm and laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing.

Mold Development

Exclusive molds are customized based on product characteristics, and their structure is optimized through computer simulation to ensure wear resistance and adaptability, providing stable support for rough and fine grinding steps.

Rough Grinding

CNC grinding machines are used to adjust grinding pressure and rotation speed, and high-strength abrasive materials are employed to rapidly remove excess raw material, initially reducing surface roughness to Ra 1.6μm and forming the basic contour.

Fine Grinding

Finer abrasives and polishing pads are used to perform micron-level processing on the component surface in stages, precisely correcting curvature errors to achieve a surface roughness of Ra 0.4μm, close to a mirror finish.

Polishing

Nanometer-level polishing solutions and high-speed polishing equipment are used to eliminate surface scratches and subsurface damage through chemical-mechanical synergy, ultimately achieving an optical-grade mirror finish with surface roughness ≤Ra 0.1μm.

Edging

CNC edging machines are used to chamfer and edge the component edges, with dimensional tolerance controlled within ±0.02mm to prevent stress concentration and improve assembly adaptability.

Coating

Magnetron sputtering or ion-assisted coating technology is applied to deposit multiple layers of optical films on the component surface, with precise control over film thickness and refractive index to achieve specific optical properties such as anti-reflection, reflection, and beam splitting.

Bonding

Optical-grade adhesives are used to precisely bond multiple components, and vacuum pressure curing is applied to eliminate air bubbles and stress, ensuring optical uniformity of the bonding surface and thus enhancing the overall performance of the components.

Inspection → Packaging

Finished products undergo full-parameter testing using interferometers, spectrometers, and other equipment, covering indicators such as surface shape accuracy, transmittance, and damage threshold. After passing inspection, anti-static and shock-proof packaging materials are used to ensure components remain undamaged during transportation and storage.
